Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for design and technical team compliance with project BIM standards
• Interrogation of the design input of the model to identify clashes and produce and manage a clash register
• Interface with the Project Planner to create virtual build of the 3D model
• Ability to prepare shopdrawings (Civil, Structural, Combined Services Drawings) from BIM Models
• Ability to prepare shopdrawings (M&E, Combined Services Drawings) from BIM Models

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture/Structure/M&E Engineering or its equivalent
• Prior experience in adoption of BIM process in large construction projects from bid stage through construction and handover
• Excellent IT skills and willingness to learn and use new technology and software (BIM Revit / 3D Modelling / Autodesk / Naviswork / AutoCad / Microstation and etc.)
• Great time management and able to commit and work to deadlines
• Prior experience in project co-ordination in any of the above 3 trades an advantage
• Preferably with working experienced with LTA MRT projects
