Job summary

A local seafood trading company in Singapore is looking for an administrative assistant responsible for compiling and maintaining records, processing orders, handling inquiries from customers and vendors, and organizing office supplies. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Excel, bilingual, and possess excellent organizational and documentation skills. Working hours are from 5am to 3pm, Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

  • Competency in MS Excel, Word, and other office tools.
  • Excellent documentation, data entry, and administrative skills.
  • Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks.
  • Must be able to start work at 5am.

Responsibilities

  • Compile, maintain, and update company records and transactions.
  • Process orders and receive deliveries.
  • Answer phone calls from customers and vendors.
  • Maintain and order office supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to relevant teams.
  • Perform general administration duties and ad-hoc tasks.
