Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent treatment services in beauty, hair therapy, wellness, facial, and spa, with performance based on service quality and customer satisfaction (no hard selling).
• Uphold professional ethics, deliver courteous service, maintain high treatment standards, and protect the company’s reputation.
• Participate in daily team briefings, follow work schedules, and complete monthly work plans.
• Work closely with colleagues to provide excellent customer reception and ensure a positive customer experience.

Job Requirements

• Massage certification and/or hair therapy experience preferred (training will be provided for candidates without prior experience).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; service-oriented, patient, and detail-minded.
• Hardworking, responsible, with good professionalism and positive work attitude.
• Team player with a cheerful and positive personality.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin will be an advantage, as you will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Open to Malaysian Permanent Residents or Work Permit.
