About the role

As a Beauty Salon Manager for REVITALISED BEAUTY SALON PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the salon located in the East Region. This is a full‑time role where you will ensure the salon runs efficiently and provides an exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

1. Manage and coordinate the salon team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
2. Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
3. Oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed
4. Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
5. Implement and monitor systems and procedures to maximise productivity and profitability
6. Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive client footfall
7. Collaborate with the corporate team to ensure alignment with the overall business goals
