Responsibilities

• Handle all pre/post procedures care, registration, and counselling.
• Prepare necessary forms prior to medical aesthetic procedures.
• Serve clientele in all aspects of treatments.
• Maintain order of patient cards and manage patient entries in Plato system.
• Recommend and promote aesthetic treatments to patients.
• Assist in inventory and database management.
• Reply to patient inquiries through various channels.
• Work in teamwork with Manager and therapists.

• Serve clientele in all aspects of treatments.
• Maintain order of patient cards and manage patient entries and appointments in Plato system.
• Recommend and promote appropriate aesthetic treatments to patients.
• Assist in inventory, ordering, & database management(purchase order entry)
• Assist in maintaining quality service standards.
• Replying to patient enquiries (Phone call, WhatsApp, Facebook, Xiao Hong Shu etc)
• Teamwork with Manager and therapists.
• Other duties assigned by the doctor and supervisor as required.
