About the role

Asianskin Aesthetics' is seeking a talented and driven Beautician/Consultant/Branch Manager to join our team in the Paya Lebar East Region. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth and success of our thriving beauty business.

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service and expert beauty treatments to our loyal client base
• Recommending and selling premium skincare and beauty products to customers
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
• Identifying opportunities for business development and implementing strategies to drive growth
• Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the hair and beauty industry, ideally in a similar role
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for the beauty industry
