• Build strong rapport with clients to foster loyalty and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Ensure client comfort throughout treatments while managing expectations effectively.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all treatment rooms, spa areas, and equipment.
• Sterilize tools and dispose of consumables in line with industry and spa standards.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of products and consumables.

• Sterilize tools and dispose of consumables in line with industry and spa standards.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of products and consumables, and report shortages to the supervisor for replenishment.
