Job Summary

You will lead and elevate basketball training programs by coaching players across all skill levels, designing structured sessions, managing competitions, and fostering strong relationships with athletes and parents to drive player development and program success.

Responsibilities

• Lead basketball training sessions with expertise to develop players’ skills and foster a positive learning environment
• Coach and mentor players across various age groups and skill levels to improve performance and confidence
• Design and implement structured training programs tailored to different skill levels and development goals
• Manage and oversee basketball leagues and competitions to provide players with competitive exposure
• Communicate proactively with parents and athletes to build trust and support player progress
• Enforce gym rules and maintain discipline to ensure a safe and respectful training environment
• Prepare and deliver progress reports on player development and collaborate with management to enhance training programs
