Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide smooth, efficient, and high-standard service at the Bar/Restaurant at all times
• Present menus and drink lists, respond to guest inquiries, and make food and beverage recommendations
• Take orders and serve food and drinks in accordance with established service procedures
• Be fully conversant with all functions of the POS system
• Ensure all F&B items, equipment, and facilities are maintained as per operational standards
• Strive to provide a satisfying experience for all guests
• Take guest orders and serve without unnecessary delay
• Have strong knowledge of the outlet’s menu and wine list
• Proactively upsell beverages to increase revenue
• Report any issues to the Supervisor or Assistant Manager for prompt resolution
• Maintain par stock levels of beverages and guest supplies
• Prepare mise-en-place as per operational needs
• Clear and reset counters or tables during and after service
• Prepare and serve beverages according to requests
• Assist with outlet decorations during special promotions or themed events
• Ensure all beverage stock is stored correctly at appropriate temperatures
• Maintain polished glassware and clean bar tools
• Assist with bar stock inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Submit beverage replenishment requests in a timely manner

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a bar or related F&B environment
• Strong bartending skills with excellent beverage and wine knowledge
• Guest-oriented, friendly, and committed to providing great service
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
• A team player with good communication and team-building skills
• Positive, passionate, and motivated to grow and learn new skills
