We’re Hiring: Banquet & Catering Sales Executive

If you love meeting new people, building relationships, and sealing deals, this role puts you at the heart of it all. As our Banquet & Catering Sales Executive, you will represent the Club’s premium banquet and catering services directly to clients, highlighting our premium event spaces and catering services, and taking them directly to the market through active outreach and client engagement.

You will connect with corporate clients, event planners, and private hosts, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that exceed expectations. From your first conversation to the final event day, you will ensure every detail reflects the Club’s standard of excellence, making each occasion memorable for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

· Proactively source and develop new business opportunities through outdoor sales, networking, and client meetings.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

· Prepare and present customised proposals to meet clients’ event and catering needs.

· Coordinate with operations and culinary teams to ensure smooth event setup, execution, and teardown, resolving any issues to meet client expectations.

· Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.

· Manage the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.

· Represent the Club at networking functions, exhibitions, and other promotional events.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.

· Perform any other duties assigned by the F&B Director to support overall F&B operations and service excellence.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

· Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in banquet or catering sales, event planning, or hospitality operations, with a focus on outdoor sales.

· Proven ability to secure new business and manage client relationships effectively.

· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management tools.

· Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by event schedules.
