Key Responsibilities

• Deal Execution:
• • Assist deal leaders throughout the transaction lifecycle, coordinating with sponsor coverage bankers and internal teams (portfolio management, booking entity, operations, legal, compliance, loan distribution, execution, and agency).
  • Prepare marketing materials, review NDAs, support pitches, deal structuring, term sheets, documentation, and credit applications.
• • Identity and monitor market developments for new opportunities and investor sentiment across core markets
  • Identify and generate cross-sell opportunities to increase deal-based ROE and contribute to broader client account ROE
  • Build, review & run sensitivities on financial model/cash flow to assess feasibility and profitability of projects
• • Manage administrative tasks including loan administration and KYC processes.
• Internal Coordination & Risk Analysis:
• • Liaise with global offices, stakeholders on risk analysis and business development guidelines.
  • Support coverage bankers across leveraged finance, infrastructure, real estate, and credit strategies, including account planning and strategic initiatives.
• Market & Client Analysis:
• • Maintain databases, conduct market analysis, and prepare presentations/reports.
  • Assess client portfolios, identify new opportunities, and recommend strategies to senior team members.
  • Research borrowers, markets, and lenders using market intelligence to deliver clear, compelling insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Compliance & Governance:
• • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Participate in internal meetings and contribute to broader initiatives beyond core responsibilities.
