Responsibilities
  • Drive credit card revolver portfolio optimization, profitability by implementing actions/campaigns across the life cycle of cardholders to improve engagement and customer experience.
  • Analyse and manage Credit Card revolver portfolio to generate insights for new business opportunities and participate in strategic planning to ensure alignment to business goals.
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Customer Centre, Technology, etc) on alignment of financials impact/methodology, waiver rate, mitigating attrition rate and enhancements.
  • Forecasting and tracking of key financial lines (ENR, GII, Fees, etc).
  • Handle investigation and respond to customer queries or issues.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Business / Finance with 4 to 7 years experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with keen understanding of and interest in data/financial analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple priorities and to determine the most appropriate solution based on organisational and stakeholder needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to details and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated, takes initiatives and demonstrates the ability to work independently.
