Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in production engineering within an aerospace or aviation manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with CNC machining, composites, sheet metal fabrication, and assembly processes.
• Certified in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations for aviation components and assemblies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain production processes to improve quality and efficiency.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for cost savings.
