Job Summary

The Automotive Technician is responsible for carrying out vehicle servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and OEM installations in accordance with manufacturer standards. The role supports the Workshop Manager and Assistant Service Manager in ensuring fast turnaround time, high repair quality, and achievement of departmental performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform automotive servicing, repairs, and OEM installations according to repair orders and manufacturer procedures.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults across vehicle systems and components.
• Record all repair work completed on the vehicle accurately.
• Report any additional faults discovered during repair and seek approval before proceeding.
• Ensure all customer vehicles are cleaned after repair completion.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and daily housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• Minimum N-Level or NITEC in Motor Vehicle Mechanics.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in motor vehicle servicing and diesel engine repair.
• Valid Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
