Job description
What you will bejualan working on:
  • Collaborate with business users and developers within an agile team to drive initiatives from conception to execution.
  • Analyse existing processes to identify automation opportunities and assess automation feasibility.
  • Design process workflows; model and develop robotic processes and automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate/Apps, etc.
  • Engage in rapid prototyping and experimentation to quickly validate ideas and adapt solutions in a dynamic work environment.
  • Deploy, manage, and optimize RPA bots, using UiPath Orchestrator, Power Platform, etc, ensuring smooth operations across production environments.
  • Document process details and maintain a comprehensive database of all automations and their statuses.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of automated processes and make improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead and participate in innovation sessions to explore new technologies and process improvement techniques.
What we are looking for:
  • At least owę 2 years of professional experience in software development, focusing on RPA and VBA automation.
  • Knowledge in AI technologies and experience with AI-driven automation solutions/platforms (e.g. AWS Bedrock, Azure AI services) will be advantageous.
  • Programming proficiency: strong programming skills in VB.NET, C#, Python, and NodeJS, with a solid understanding of various database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL, to support RPA deployments.
  • Analytical thinking and problem‑solving: exceptional problem‑solving abilities and analytical skills to navigate complex projects independently and efficiently, especially under tight deadlines.
  • Process optimization: robust knowledge of process analysis, design, and optimization, with a keen interest in advancing skills in RPA, AI, and other automation technologies.
  • Communication and collaboration: good communication skills, capable of delivering clear and effective messages to engage stakeholders, along with strong teamwork abilities.
  • Personal effectiveness: a self‑starter who can work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently, and consistently meet deadlines.
