Job summary

A leading auditing firm in Singapore seeks an experienced Auditor to plan and oversee the auditing process. The ideal candidate has proven experience as an auditor, an in-depth understanding of auditing and control practices, especially FRS or US GAAP, and proficiency in MS Office and accounting software. A BSc/BA in Accounting or Finance and professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are preferred. This position requires strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an auditor.
• In-depth understanding of auditing and control practices, especially FRS or US GAAP.
• Preferably with Big4 experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the auditing process.
• Allocate responsibilities to junior and staff auditors.
• Review team members’ work for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform effective risk and control assessments.
• Complete audits on time and submit reports to audit manager.
• Present audit findings and find ways to increase compliance and efficiency.
• Coordinate periodical audits.
