Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ businesses, key risks, and the impact of regulatory and business environment changes.
• Plan and execute assurance engagements in compliance with professional standards, MAS regulations, AML/KYC, and related reporting requirements.
• Address accounting and auditing issues, review assurance deliverables, and uphold ethical and compliance standards.
• Lead, coach, and collaborate with cross-functional and culturally diverse teams, while driving team performance and personal development.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy with a recognised professional qualification preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, ideally with an international accounting firm and within financial services (e.g. banking, insurance, payments, asset/wealth management).
• Strong experience in regulatory audits, preferably Singapore-based engagements.
