Oversee daily operations at assigned service points
Handle front counter, admin, and operational matters
Work with Nurse Managers & stakeholders to solve process/system issues
Ensure facilities are patient-friendly and safe
Drive customer satisfaction and service improvements
Support business and financial targets with clinical teams
Prepare annual budgets, review performance & develop new initiatives
Lead and supervise non-nursing staff (appraisals, training, recruitment, retention)
Ensure good communication flow between staff and management
Participate in committees and ad-hoc projects
