Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Strategy
    • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
    • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Research market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to product/service enhancements.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align business objectives and foster partnerships.
  • Training & Presentations
    • Conduct engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Operational Support
    • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Analyze business performance metrics and recommend improvements for efficiency and growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education & Certification
    • Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • CMFAS certifications (M5, M6A, M6, M8, M8A, M1A) – completed or exempted.
  • Experience & Skills
    • 2-3 years of experience in business development, marketing, client servicing, or sales.
    • Proven ability to deliver presentations and engage diverse audiences.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a passion for networking.
    • Interest in investments/financial markets is a strong advantage.
