Job description
What the role is:

The Social Analysis and Transfers team in MOF‑Social Programmes designs and partners MOF’s implementing agencies to administer social transfer schemes, including the GST Voucher Scheme and the Pioneer Generation and Merdeka Generation Packages.

What you will be working on:
  • Conducting regular policy reviews for these schemes, through data analysis and public feedback/appeals to ensure these schemes continue to remain impactful to Singaporeans
  • Working closely with our stakeholders and implementing partners to improve business processes, cost effectiveness and service journeys to ensure effective communication and successful implementation of these schemes

You will work in a challenging, fast‑paced environment, and can expect to be exposed to a diverse and highly challenging range of issues. There will be ample opportunities to work closely with inter‑agency stakeholders and senior management.
