Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overseas accounting, financial settlement and reporting.
• Handle overseas tax planning and support.
• Manage overseas cash, working capital, debt and refinancing.
• Oversee Singapore FTC's daily fund settlement and overseas fund pools.
• Prepare fund budgets/plans for FTC-affiliated enterprises per annual goals and capital expenditure budgets.
• Conduct data statistics/analysis based on FTC budgets; formulate rationalized plans like external fundraising.
• Assist in fund support and management for company special projects.
• Collaborate with overseas financial institutions and internal fund management to explore cost control and business innovation, reducing fund costs.
• Revise/improve FTC's fund management systems and processes per overseas laws and company requirements to ensure rule-based management.
• Supervise implementation of foreign exchange management systems/processes in affiliated units.
• Collaborate with teams to advance overseas treasury system construction.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree & above (Min 10 years of working experience)
• Degree (5-7 years of working experience)
• CPA or ACCA is preferred
• Over 5 years of experience in corporate fund management or finance work, with team leadership experience
• Comprehensive experience in accounts receivable and payable management, fund settlement management, investment and financing, and foreign exchange management;
• Experience in using SAP system and fund management system; proficiency in office software such as BI, EXCEL, WORD, and PPT.
• Professional knowledge: Fund operation, budget and final account preparation, financial analysis, foreign exchange transactions
• Passionate and responsible for work, highly sensitive to numerical changes, with strong cross-departmental communication skills, strong analytical and executive abilities, and a certain foundation in team leadership.
