Qualifications

• Minimally a Bachelor or Diploma in Architecture or Landscape Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and 3D software required.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and design development for different stages of work.
• Liaise and discuss project-relevant issues with clients and other consultants.
• Coordinate and liaise with the project team and external vendors.
• Ensure design quality meets client’s requirement and vision.
• Support project team on research and design for innovative experiences.

You will be working with the Consulting team with clients worldwide developing world class nature-based attractions and wildlife parks. We sought to change the position of the visitors, from behind the fence to inside the habitat. We believe that a habitat is not just for the animals, but for the visitors and the staff. In the habitat, visitors and staff would be interacting with the animals in a rich environment. We are looking for a someone who is passionate about nature and attractions. Most of the projects are based overseas, travelling will be frequent. Joining this diverse team, requires someone who is highly motivated and energy to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be learning how to design for nature, in nature, for animals and creating biodiversity for wildlife.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assist in design and design development for different stages of work.
2. Liaise and discuss project-relevant issues with clients and other consultants.
3. Coordinate and liaise with the various consultants, project team and external vendors.
4. Ensure design quality that meets client’s requirement and vision.
5. Support project team on research and design for innovative experiences, wildlife experiences and other technical aspects of the project.
6. Photoshop and renderings to realise the project vision.
7. Prepare presentation to clients and stakeholders that articulate the ideas and vision.
8. Facilitate meetings and coordinate with clients and internal teams throughout the project.
9. Support in AutoCAD drawings production as per requirement from the project.

Job Requirements

• Possess minimally a Bachelor in Architecture / Landscape Architecture or other relevant education or Diploma in Architecture / Landscape Architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Powerpoint, 3D software
• Write and communicate well in English and Mandarin
