Responsibilities

• Create consultancy deliverables: reports, presentations, training materials.
• Assist in HR and business consultancy projects.
• Help organize and deliver client training programs.
• Translate documents between English and Chinese.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide HR operations, payroll, and recruitment services to retainer clients.
• Contribute to marketing and sales initiatives.
• Follow up with new customers.
• Willing to work after office hours sometimes.
