This role exists to provide senior solution sales leadership for StarHub’s Network and Cloud portfolio. The Assistant Solution Sales Director leads complex, high‑value solution pursuits, shapes go‑to‑market strategies, and ensures strong deal governance while mentoring solution sales managers.

Accountabilities
  • Drive strategic solution sales growth across network and cloud portfolios
  • Lead complex, high‑value enterprise opportunities
  • Provide commercial and solution leadership to solution sales managers
  • Shape account strategies and pipeline quality
  • Ensure margin discipline and delivery readiness
Responsibilities
  • Lead executive‑level customer engagements
  • Shape network and cloud transformation solutions
  • Guide solution sales managers on deal strategy and pricing
  • Partner with presales and architects on solution integrity
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships and GTM initiatives
  • Review commercials, pricing, and risk positions
  • Support forecasting and management reporting
