A leading global economic provider is seeking a Senior Analyst in Macro Forecasting & Analysis in Singapore. You will be responsible for producing real estate forecasts, analyzing data, and presenting findings to clients across the Asia Pacific region. The role requires over 10 years of experience in real estate research, excellent communication skills, and the capability to work autonomously. This position promotes collaboration within a global team and requires travel within the region.
Oxford Economics is a leading global provider of economic and real estate forecasts, research, and consulting solutions. You will be a leading member of the team responsible for producing real estate forecasts and research as well as presenting Oxford Economics’ global view to clients across the Asia Pacific region. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering country and city-level real estate forecasts and analysis focusing on the Asia Pacific region. In addition, you will independently develop research ideas, take responsibility for authoring content, and present our views to clients. You will combine a keen understanding of the real estate sector with attention to detail, forecasting and research skills, and excellent communication skills. You’ll also bring an entrepreneurial mindset, partnering with our business development team to bring our real estate research to clients and prospects across the region, including through events, presentations, trips, and media appearances. Your work would combine forecasting and data analysis, written output, and relationship building with clients and prospects.
