Job Responsibilities
  1. Conduct market research and quantitative analysis to develop, validate, and refine derivative trading strategies.
  2. Execute derivative trades and manage positions in accordance with approved strategies, mandates, and risk limits.
  3. Monitor market conditions, volatility, and macro events, translating insights into timely trading decisions.
  4. Manage market and liquidity risks, ensuring compliance with internal controls, limits, and escalation procedures.
  5. Analyze trading performance and P&L drivers, providing clear and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate with risk, sales, structuring, and operations teams to support trading activities and product development.
Job Requirements
  1. At least a Master of Economics, Mathematics or Engineering
  2. At least 10 years of experience working in top investment banks or similar
  3. Those who possess a CFA cert would be highly advantageous
  4. Familiar all financial applications i.e. Wind, Bloomberg, CEIC, Thomson Reuters and other databases; Master statistical software Python, Excel and PPT
  5. Strong analytical and quantitative mindset with the ability to interpret complex market data and pricing dynamics
  6. High level of discipline and risk awareness, maintaining sound judgment under volatile and time-sensitive conditions
  7. Intellectual curiosity and continuous learning mindset, staying current with market developments and new instruments
  8. Resilience and emotional control, able to manage pressure, losses, and rapid market changes objectively
  9. Clear communication and collaboration skills, able to articulate trade rationale and risk considerations to stakeholders
