In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and protecting our brand identity through compelling visuals and multimedia content. You will be responsible for developing graphic design and video assets that are aligned with our brand standards, and for guiding internal teams on best practices in visual communications and brand consistency.

This is a hands‑on, multi‑disciplinary role ideal for someone with strong design and video production skills, a good eye for aesthetics and detail, and a passion for storytelling through visuals.

You will need to:

Brand Custodianship
  • Uphold and enforce brand guidelines across all visual and video content, as well as facilities
  • Provide creative direction and design advice to internal stakeholders to ensure visual consistency.
  • Support the ongoing development and refinement of brand assets (e.g., templates, graphic systems, facility branding).
Graphic Design
  • Conceptualise and design a variety of marketing and communication materials such as posters, brochures, infographics, presentations, digital banners, and social media graphics.
  • Collaborate with the content team to transform ideas and messages into engaging visual narratives.
  • Ensure materials are designed for both digital and print use, with attention to usability and accessibility.
Video Production
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high‑quality videos for campaigns, events, interviews, and internal communications.
  • Create storyboards, scripts, and motion graphics as needed.
  • Manage the full video production process—from concept and pre‑production to post‑production and final delivery.
Project/Asset Management and Department Support
  • Maintain and organise a library of design templates, photo/video assets, and completed materials.
  • Manage multiple design and video requests, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
  • Liaise with external vendors (e.g., printers, production houses, freelance creatives) when needed.
  • Support the department on administrative processes.
Qualifications

You should:

  • Have a Diploma or Degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • Have strong technical proficiency in design and video production tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Possess a strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in design and multimedia production.

It would be great if you:

  • Possess experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Be familiar with social media and digital marketing platforms (e.g., understanding format and content requirements).
  • Possess the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Have experience in brand management or working in a brand custodian role.
