We are hiring an Assistant Warehouse Manager to support inbound receiving, inventory accuracy, and daily warehouse operations while ensuring safety and process compliance.

Job Description
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations – oversee inbound receiving, inter warehouse transfer (IWT), reverse logistics, cycle count and export shipment.
  • Supervise and lead warehouse staff – manage, coach, and monitor performance of warehouse team members.
  • Coordinate inventory control – conduct and support regular inventory checks, cycle counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
  • Maintain warehouse safety compliance – ensure all safety rules, health standards, and regulatory requirements are followed within the warehouse.
  • Implement and monitor SOPs – enforce standard operation procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities and help update procedures for better efficiency.
  • Manage import shipments – liaise with local forwarders to arrange shipment truck in and out. To check accuracy of import receiving and putaway.
  • Assist with system and data management – update warehouse system, handle stock IWT transactions and database entries.
  • Manage stock discrepancies – investigate stock variances, oversee adjustments, and implement corrective actions for inventory errors.
  • Support continuous improvement – identify and suggest workflow improvements, cost-saving ideas, and efficiency initiatives.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties – carry out additional tasks assigned by the warehouse manager or senior management as required.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and shipping documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving in dynamic environments.
  • Open to flexible working arrangements.
