Job Description
- Partner with leadership team and line managers to understand and manage all recruitment needs and resource management that supports business strategy.
- In-charge and manage the full cycle of the recruitment process up to Senior Management roles.
- Serve as a trusted business partner and collaborate with managers to understand motivation and retention issues, develop and recommend solutions where issues are identified.
- Oversees and ensure accuracy of payroll process, monthly CPF submission and year end IRAS submission and tax clearance matters.
- Trusted advisor and confidant to employees, listening to and supporting them with resolutions of issues and provide appropriate advice.
- Provide advice to managers regarding all aspects of the employment relationship, including performance management, disciplinary actions, terminations and business restructuring.
- Facilitate and work with leadership team in Talent Identification and Succession Planning to accelerate the talents’ capabilities and develop a healthy talent pipeline.
- Facilitate annual processes such as performance management and calibration session and annual rewards cycle.
- Manage all learning and development courses and programs and administration of training grants etc.
- Provide insights from Human Capital analytics and dashboards for management reporting.
- Communicate with employees to ensure that goals and objectives are aligned with business unit and company.
- When conducting daily HR activities, review and identify gaps and opportunities to improve process efficiencies and areas where HR can further value-add to the business and our employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or any other relevant discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in HR Business Partner and/or multiple HR functions
- Proficient in MS office applications (Excel and PowerPoint) and at least 4 years of work experience in Financial Services/Banking industry.
- Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Law and other labour legislation.
- An individual who is collaborative and capable of maintaining good relationships with internal stakeholders of different business units and different levels of the organization.
- An individual with a can-do attitude, who is hands-on, driven with good initiative
- A good team player.
