The Company

The Role (*Please note that this is a non-finance trade role.)

You will begin your journey here by understudying the Trading Manager and understanding the 5W1H of their plans, actions, and techniques for wholesale buying and selling of chemical fertilisers. Over time, you will build knowledge in customer and supplier relations, business and product development, and risk management.

Conduct market/industry research and analysis and propose trade

ideas.

Design and prepare marketing materials.

Prepare sales and purchase contract documents.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of trade transactions.

Collaborate with the China Office on various trade matters.

Record, pack, and store inventory samples.

Familiarise yourself with Incoterms as you will need to work closely

with the Operations Team on shipment matters.

Provide administrative support to small team of Traders.

Assist the Trading Manager to coordinate matters such as leave,

overseas work trips, and meetings.

Participate in client entertainment and relationship building.

May be required to travel overseas for conferences.

Carry out any other duties needed to achieve organisational and

team goals.

We are looking for the one who:

Possesses strong analytical, negotiation, comprehension, and

problem-solving skills.

Pays attention to people and details.

Is business savvy

Is able to converse fluently in Mandarin and write in Chinese as

you will need to liaise with the China Office.

Has a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business/Economics/Finance,

from a reputable university. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
