Job summary

A multinational company is seeking an HR & Admin operations lead for its Singapore branch, responsible for managing full-cycle HR processes and overseeing office administration. Job description
I. Human Resources Management

Based on the branch's business needs, collaborate with the headquarters HR department to develop localized recruitment plans. Responsible for the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes for local talents in Singapore, and handle compliance procedures such as work passes and residence permits for foreign employees.

Manage the entire employee lifecycle for the branch, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding. Establish employee records to ensure all HR processes comply with Singapore Labor Law and headquarters policies.

Assist the General Manager in conducting performance reviews, liaising with headquarters payroll team for salary calculations, implementing employee benefits, organizing team-building activities, and promoting the localization of corporate culture.

Handle employee relations, mediate labor disputes, mitigate employment risks, and promptly report changes in Singapore labor policies or HR management issues to headquarters.

II. Administrative Coordination

Oversee daily administrative tasks such as office environment management, fixed assets, and administrative procurement. Develop localized administrative policies to ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and headquarters standards.

Coordinate with the Jinan headquarters administration department to align branch administrative needs and execution, and implement administrative policies and projects issued by headquarters.

Manage business receptions and liaise with external parties (government agencies, partners, etc.) to maintain positive government and business relationships.

III. Cross-Department Collaboration & Task Supervision

Facilitate daily information flow between the branch and Jinan headquarters, including regular reporting of branch operational data and administrative/HR updates, ensuring smooth headquarters oversight and support.

Assist the General Manager in drafting key documents such as annual work plans and summaries, and participate in the execution of branch strategic planning.

IV. Compliance & Other Support

Familiarize with Singapore laws and regulations related to administration, HR, and taxation to ensure full compliance in all administrative and HR processes.

Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the General Manager.

Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Administration, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields. 1–3 years of work experience.

Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English, with bilingual proficiency in official document drafting and ability to handle bilingual office documents.

Certification: Possession of local HR management certification in Singapore (e.g., WSQ Human Resource Management qualification) or practical experience in Singapore Labor Law compliance is preferred.

Status: Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) or holder of a valid work pass, eligible for full-time employment in Singapore.

Skills:
