A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Support the Security Manager in overseeing daily security operations
  • Lead and supervise the security team to ensure high standards of professionalism
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and emergency procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments, investigations, and incident reporting
  • Coordinate emergency response and crisis management
  • Work closely with hotel operations to deliver a secure yet warm guest experience
  • Manage training, discipline, and performance of security officers

What We need from you:

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in security operations, preferably in hospitality or a similar environment
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety, emergency response, and security regulations
