We are seeking passionate and dynamic individuals to join our retail team as Sales Assistant Managers. If you love skincare and enjoy engaging with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with walk-in shoppers and distributing product samples
  • Proactively approaching potential customers and delivering a compelling sales pitch
  • Demonstrating skincare products and providing personalized skincare consultations
  • Recommending appropriate treatments and product solutions based on customer needs
  • Building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  • Collaborating with teammates to meet individual and store-wide sales targets
  • Delivering top-notch customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Supporting daily store operations such as cashiering, inventory checks, and other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Store Manager
Job Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in proactive cosmetic or beauty sales (retail setting)
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of skincare and cosmetic products
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales Drive: Results-oriented with a passion for sales and the beauty industry
  • Team Player: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment
  • Flexibility: Willing to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
