A Western and Mediterranean-themed restaurant in Singapore is seeking an energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and ensure excellent service standards. Responsibilities include overseeing restaurant operations, supervising staff, handling cashiering duties, and ensuring food quality. We are a Western and Mediterranean-themed restaurant looking for an energetic and hands‑on Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and ensure excellent service standards.
Assist in overseeing day‑to‑day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service
Supervise staff on shift and support frontline service where required
Handle cashiering, POS operations, and daily financial reconciliation
Maintain strong customer relations through effective communication and service recovery
Ensure food quality and presentation meet restaurant standards, especially for Western cuisine
Assist in managing inventory, stock levels, and ordering
Support the Restaurant Manager in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or restaurant operations preferred
Good knowledge of Western cuisine is an advantage
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently
Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required
44 hours per week, rotating shifts
