We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who can run a smooth service, coach a top-notch team, and keep the place humming, even during peak‑hour chaos (the good kind).
Your mission (should you choose to accept)
Guest Experience = Everything
- Create “wow” moments without being cheesy
- Handle feedback like a pro: listen → fix → delight
- Build regulars, community, and that “this place just gets me” feeling
- Support cool promos + activations with the team
FOH Ops, but make it slick
- Keep service tight: tables, queue, flow, timing, teamwork
- Make sure the restaurant looks 🔥 at all times (clean, organised, ready)
- Support stock/inventory basics and keep things accurate
- Help plan and run events (guest chef nights, collabs, special activations)
People Leader Energy
- Train and grow the FOH team (confidence + skills + standards)
- Run pre‑shift briefings that actually hype the team up
- Support rostering, attendance, and smart staffing
- Be the glue between FOH + BOH (no drama, just teamwork)
Business Genius (yes, you can have both)
- Support targets: revenue, costs, labour productivity
- Spot opportunities to improve without sacrificing guest love
- Share insights and help the team level up week after week
Clean. Safe. Always.
- Keep hygiene and safety standards on point
- Coach the team on safe food handling + routines
- Help the restaurant stay audit‑ready 24/7
