A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is hiring for the positions of Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager specializing in M&E and construction. The roles require relevant experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of project workflows. The Assistant Project Manager position requires 1–3 years of experience, while the Project Manager demands 5–8 years. This is a full-time role with competitive salary ranges of $5,000 – $6,000 and $7,500 – $8,000 respectively.
Assistant Project Manager : $5,000 – $6,000
Project Manager : $7,500 – $8,000

Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing M&E / construction works
Support day-to-day site operations and monitor work progress against schedule
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Assist in preparing project documentation including schedules, method statements, reports, and RFIs
Track materials, manpower, and equipment requirements
Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Attend site meetings and prepare minutes and follow-up action items
Support cost tracking, variation orders, and progress claims
Identify potential site issues and elevate them to the Project Manager
Salary Range: $7,500 – $8,000
Lead and manage end-to-end M&E / construction projects from planning to completion
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies
Oversee site progress, quality control, safety compliance, and risk management
Manage consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
Review and approve technical submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and variations
Monitor project costs, progress claims, and financial performance
Resolve technical, contractual, and site issues effectively
Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear reporting to management and clients
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety regulations, and contract terms
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Relevant experience in M&E / Construction projects
Assistant Project Manager: 1–3 years
Project Manager: 5–8 years
Good understanding of construction and M&E project workflows, drawings, specifications, and site coordination
Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, and documentation
Familiarity with safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements
Strong communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
