Ideal candidates should possess at least 8 years of experience, a degree in Civil Engineering, and a proven track record with HDB projects. Familiarity with BCA standards and proficiency in Microsoft Office and BIM are essential for success.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor the project’s progress and deliver project to expected safety and quality objectives.
• Monitor and control project’s cost by taking proactive measures to prevent costs overruns.
• Develop and maintain Standard Work Procedures for all critical and major work activities.
• Monitor and plan ahead in relation to the procurement of the company’s assets/equipment/resources.
• Mentor project team by providing proper guidance and training.
• Other duties which may be required by the management

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent. Diploma holders with relevant experience will also be considered.
• A minimum of 8 years' experience.
• Proven track record in HDB projects.
• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
• Familiar with BCA Quality Marks Assessment standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM.
• Willing to travel around project site offices within Singapore
