Job Summary
  • Salary details: SGD 2,800 – 3,500/month
  • Working Days and Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM
  • Location of work: Jurong East

Job Responsibilities

As the Assistant Officer in the Maintenance Department, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations of the maintenance team. Your main duties will include:

  • Coordinating and overseeing all maintenance operations, ensuring that tasks are executed efficiently and on time.
  • Managing technical challenges faced by the maintenance team, providing guidance to resolve issues promptly.
  • Serving as the primary contact point for operators, handling calls, and liaising with various departments.
  • Preparing and processing quotations, reports, and other relevant administrative tasks.
  • Conducting regular patrol checks to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Ensuring the smooth and seamless functioning of the building and all maintenance operations.
Job Requirements
  • Relevant experience in maintenance or operations, preferably in an engineering or technology field are a plus.
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills to manage and guide the maintenance team.
