Duties

• Plan, develop, and execute creative marketing and promotional campaigns to boost footfall, visibility, and competitive positioning.
• Lead and manage stakeholder engagement for events, pop-up activations, and temporary leasing—prior experience in similar areas is required.
• Oversee casual leasing of advertising spaces, atriums, and temporary retail setups—track leads, convert enquiries, and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and agencies to ensure flawless execution of marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Manage digital channels and content strategies to expand reach and drive audience engagement.
• Support public relations efforts to maintain and enhance brand reputation.
• Contribute to additional marketing-related activities that support team objectives and overall business performance.
