Job Description

• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control procedures, conduct audits, and maintain documentation in line with company standards.
• Stocktaking Management: Lead periodic inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and provide accurate stock reports to management.
• HR Function: Assist with onboarding, employee records, and payroll documentation.
• Finance Function: Process expenses, reconcile petty cash, and support budget tracking.
• Procurement Function: Track purchase orders, liaise with vendors, and ensure timely follow-up with headquarters.
