Job Description
Responsibilities
Volunteer Recruitment
  • Develop and propose new partnerships with Institutes of Higher Learning and Corporate partners and other sources for volunteer recruitment to support Satellite Offices' efforts and maintain a healthy pool of volunteers.
  • Track and monitor centralized volunteer recruitment efforts, analyze volunteer leads, and provide monthly reports on lead generation and conversion.
  • Coordinate with AIC's divisions and Satellite Offices on volunteer-related communication, marketing, and branding to enhance awareness and drive recruitment.
Volunteer Data Analysis
  • Extract, collate, and analyze data from various systems for timely submission of volunteer management research, reports and dashboards
Volunteer Appreciation
  • Support the planning, execution, and administration of volunteer appreciation and recognition initiatives, including awards and referral incentive programs.
  • Plan and organize engagement, recognition, and appreciation events for volunteers and partner organizations.
Volunteer Management
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive volunteer management policy that outlines the standards, procedures, and best practices for recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Manage and assist volunteer related operations and administration
  • Serve as HQ liaison, maintaining regular communication with Satellite Offices' volunteer management representatives on relevant matters.
  • Monitor KPIs, guide the team towards achieving targets, and generate KPI reports.
Requirements
  • Degree in relevant field is preferred, including but not limited to Social Sciences. HR, IT
  • 5 years of relevant working experience, with strong operations background.
  • Experience in managing volunteers, especially in the social/community care sector.
  • Good communication, writing, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, reporting, and compliance/governance.
  • Analytical and organised, able to translate concepts into actionable goals.
  • Meticulous, resourceful and creative.
  • Possess an open and collaborative mindset, with an adaptable and "can do" attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
