Job Summary

To develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for the China market, drive brand penetration and customer acquisition across Chinese online travel platforms (OTAs) and cultural tourism e-commerce channels and foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders in the Chinese cultural tourism ecosystem. This role requires deep familiarity with China's digital landscape, hands‑on experience in Chinese platform operations, and native/fluent Chinese proficiency to effectively engage China market’s audiences, merchants, and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement market‑specific marketing plans for the China market, with a focus on online travel platforms and cultural tourism e‑commerce channels, aligning with global brand objectives and local consumer preferences.
  • Collaborate with Chinese OTAs, cultural tourism platforms, and influencers to design promotional campaigns, co‑branded initiatives, and content strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive user engagement for the China market.
  • Manage end‑to‑end execution of marketing events targeting the China market, including campaign planning, resource coordination, partner liaison, and post‑event performance analysis.
  • Conduct data‑driven user behavior analysis and market research to refine segmentation strategies, personalized push campaigns, and content optimization for audiences within the China market.
  • Oversee digital content creation for Chinese social media platforms (e.g., Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Douyin), integrating local cultural trends and consumer insights to boost follower growth, brand exposure, and interaction rates.
  • Coordinate cross‑departmental and cross‑border communication (China‑Singapore) to ensure alignment on marketing goals, resource allocation, and campaign delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of industry‑specific standards or best practices for China market operations (e.g., pet‑friendly hotel standards, merchant collaboration frameworks).
