Armed with more than 50 years of experience and expertise, the Group is primarily engaged in the development and sale of residential and commercial properties, property investments and hospitality operations in key locations across the Asia-Pacific region.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Managers (Project and Property Management) to oversee the operational and financial aspects of a property portfolio, ensuring efficient operations, and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensure timely and efficient preparations for Pre-TOP preparation & Post-TOP management.
  • Develop customer service management.
  • Establish and manage a systematic process for receiving defect reports from homeowners.Validate Genuine Defects and educate homeowners on the distinction where necessary.
  • Ensure defect notification & submission: communicate with Main Contractor of all validated defects, providing clear, concise, and documented defect reports. Ensure adherence to contractual timelines for defect notification as per the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) or defect liability period (DLP) terms.
  • Ensure processes and timelines for rectification. Manage homeowner expectations regarding the resolution process and potential delays.
  • Maintain and keep meticulous records of all defect reports, communications with homeowners and contractors, inspection reports, rectification works, and signoffs.
  • Generate Reports: Prepare regular reports on defect trends, resolution rates, common issues, and contractor performance.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously review and recommend improvements to the defect management process to enhance efficiency, reduce resolution times, and improve homeowner satisfaction.
  • Assist and participate in QC/QM.
  • Assist in property-related assignments and updates.
  • Able to perform multi-tasking - Perform setup as per BMSM Act and other related areas such as QC/QM and En Bloc Management.
  • Perform of any other duty assigned by the management.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Property Management or Real Estate/Building Services or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Familiar with the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act is necessary.
  • Certified FSM is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Team-oriented.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in English
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
