Assistant/ Manager, Planning (Construction) is responsible to plan, schedule and develop sub-programs for projects undertaken by the Company.

Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables timelines
  • Collaborate and communicate with operation team, stakeholders, clients and relevant parties to ensure smooth execution
  • Prepare, maintain and update project performance progress to senior management and stakeholders
  • Responsible to adjust plans and schedules accordingly to accommodate variations
  • Evaluate changes in project scope and assess their impact on time, cost, and resources.
  • Maintain records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims/obligations
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in construction industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
  • Meticulous, highly motivated and independent
  • Excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
