A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage medical manpower requirements and support department structures. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a Diploma in HRM, and at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 3 years as an Assistant Manager. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
You will be responsible for HR functions and services in the areas of business partnering on medical manpower requirements and projections based on workload analysis, talent acquisition, employee engagement, staff wellness, talent development and management, succession planning, compensation and benefits, and performance management and promotions.
