Business function

As a digital centre of excellence - the Digital Strategy & Development team is responsible for initiating, planning, co-developing, and co-managing effective digital initiatives across the board to grow digital media revenue. We are looking for a teammate who takes challenges positively, enjoys creative problem-solving, is highly analytical, and believes there is always a solution when there is a problem.

This ideal candidate requires a solid understanding of digital media, impressive cross-channel knowledge, and proven strategic planning, project management and campaign execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide publisher/media industry insights and constantly look for new solutions to determine opportunities.
  • Co-develop digital initiatives, manage projects with other units in the Marketing & Media Solutions Division and across SPH Media to scale up SPH digital media performance.
  • Work with the stakeholders, such as the Tech team to collect, understand and analyse structure and unstructured data to have a single view for effective business decisions.
  • Perform a COE (centre of excellence) role to provide digital marketing/media Solutions, and insights, disseminate that knowledge within the division.
  • Build strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure the achievement of business goals and improve work process & operational efficiency.
  • Play an important role in all ad transformation activities, contributing to the business growth
