Job description

Salary: Up to $5,000/month

Location: Queenstown

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned service points, including front counter and administrative tasks
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers and stakeholders to resolve system and process issues
• Ensure patient-friendly, safe facilities and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Develop innovative service improvements to delight customers
• Manage volume and financial targets in partnership with clinical chiefs
• Lead business planning, budgeting, and new business development efforts
• Supervise, recruit, train, and appraise non-nursing staff
• Facilitate effective communication between staff and management
• Participate in committees and support operational initiatives
• Engage in job rotations to other operational areas after 3 years

Requirements
