Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Manager in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with the company's objectives and compliance requirements.
- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and completion of required paperwork.
- Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
- Coordinate training and development programs, including identifying training needs, scheduling training sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness.
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, benefits enrollment, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support HR reporting and analytics activities, including compiling HR metrics and preparing reports for management review.
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal developments to ensure compliance and recommend improvements to HR processes and programs.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
