A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Head of Home to support the Head of Home in managing a Welfare Home. This role focuses on the well-being and development of residents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and smooth operations. Key responsibilities include supervising facility cleanliness, overseeing meal preparations, maintaining financial governance, and managing staff performance. Candidates should have a degree in Social Work or Psychology and relevant supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Social Work or Psychology, or relevant experience in the social service sector.
• At least 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience in a related field.
• Ability to commit to weekend and evening meetings when required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Statutory & Legal requirements for the Welfare Home.
• Oversee daily operations and care of residents.
• Supervise and train staff for effective service delivery.
• Manage financial records and governance.
• Coordinate volunteer involvement and additional duties as assigned.
