Job description

Key Responsibilities

Freight Operations:

• Oversee daily air and sea freight activities to ensure timely and smooth delivery.
• Manage cross-border shipments while following international shipping and customs rules.
• Work closely with carriers, customs, and other partners to prevent delays.

Improving Processes:

• Find areas to improve in freight operations and make changes to boost efficiency.
• Use data to track performance, cut delays, and reduce costs.

Client Communication:

• Keep clients updated on their shipments and respond quickly to any issues.
• Work with the Customer Focus Team to ensure clear and consistent communication.

Compliance & Paperwork:

• Make sure all freight work follows international laws and industry rules.
• Keep accurate shipment documents, including customs forms and tracking info.
• Handle billing and check invoices on time.

Problem Solving:

• Quickly assess and resolve customer issues by analyzing situations and finding effective solutions.
